With her unique fusion of sharp rap hooks, heavy club beats and global dance music, Vv is forging a genre-bending flavour of
Aus-based rap that is hers alone.

The Mount Druitt based, Sudanese rapper/singer has made waves with her singles Bussit and Frauds, both solidifying
themselves as instant classics in local club music and drill whilst carrying internationally via playlisting and radio. Her latest
single, the grime-infused diss track Frauds, was co-produced by Trackwork’s Utility and Berlin via Toronto based producer
Cassius Select (DAEMON, Sumac) and mastered by Ryan Schwabe (Princess Nokia, Rosalia). The track was accompanied by a
murderous video showing Vv Pete & crew riding out, hunting for the perpetrators.

With just two tracks out, Vv has already hyped crowds supporting Jay1 and Denzel Curry on their national tours and took over
The Opera House for Street University. She has cemented herself as one to watch, with a place in the Acclaim Mag All Stars and
winning Next Big Thing at the annual FBi Radio Sydney Music Art and Culture Awards. Her music has featured on Ebro In The
Morning on Hot 97 (US), a sync on the new Netflix series Heartbreak High and gained support from local tastemakers including
FBi Radio, Complex AU, Hau Latukefu / Triple J’s The Hip Hop Show. With a remix of Frauds from Mall Grab, a dominating force
in dance music globally, the track landed in Spotify playlists like New Music Friday Dance, Local Hype, Portal and The Drip.

With a sharpened flow reminiscent of artists like Stefflon Don, and Lizzo, Vv Pete is showing no signs of slowing down, with an
EP on the way in 2023 that will showcase her one-of-a-kind energy, rapidfire wit, globe-trotting sonic influences and boss-level
delivery.
