Adam is the Co-founder and Co-CEO of Humanitix, a world-leading social enterprise disrupting the multi-billion-dollar events ticketing industry to fund impact projects. Humanitix is a first-of-its-kind tech-charity backed by Google.org and Atlassian Foundation, and operates an event ticketing platform. Humanitix has proven its model as a self-funding charity in Australia, US, and NZ, which embeds a SaaS business into a charity structure whereby the shareholders are the world's most disadvantaged children. BCG estimates it will become the world’s first Social Unicorn.

A Churchill fellow, the winner of the Emerging Leader Award by the Committee for Sydney (2022), Google Impact Challenge (2018), and Third Sector Social Entrepreneur of the Year (2018), Adam has also received the NSW Premier's Medal for Business Excellence in Social Impact.

Before Humanitix, Adam had a career in management consulting at Accenture as part of their communications, media, and technology practice. He has also been a founding director and board member for Ripple Capital, providing refugees and asylum seekers access to capital to help them realise their business aspirations.

Along with a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering and Applied Mathematics from UNSW, Adam also holds a Masters of Agriculture and Environmental Economics from the University of Sydney.
