Alex Khor is a co-founder at AfterWork Ventures. AfterWork Ventures is a community-powered VC fund that invests in pre-seed and seed stage startups in Australia and New Zealand. Since their public launch in March 2021, they have secured over $20 million of committed capital. Alex has led investments in a diverse set of areas including enterprise AI solutions, cleantech SaaS and property investment fintechs. In pooling his team’s diverse skills, functional knowledge, and networks, Afterwork are able to punch above their weight in the quality of their deal flow, the incisiveness of their due diligence, and the breadth of support they provide to their portfolio companies. Last year Alex and his co-founder were named in Forbes 30 under 30 Asia. Prior to co-founding Afterwork Ventures, Alex worked as a consultant for McKinsey and Company.
