Alinta is a co-founder of Synbiote, a biotech startup with a vision to create circular systems which turn waste into worth. Starting with the brewing industry, Synbiote developed Sörzero - a scientifically crafted non-alcoholic ale that is sustainably brewed using 3X less energy, and which is only 20 calories per can. To close the loop, Synbiote is harnessing microbiology to turn post-brew waste into the next-generation of bioplastics for use in packaging.
