Ange Lavoipierre (Moderator) is a versatile and talented media personality who works as a journalist, writer, and comedian. She is the host and executive producer of Schmeitgeist, a new culture podcast from ABC that explores the big trends and phenomena in tech and pop culture. She was also the co-host of The Signal, the ABC’s first daily news podcast. She's been an ABC journalist for 15 years and has filed for a range of news and current affairs programs such as triple j's Hack and RN's Background Briefing, with a recent focus on AI. Ange is also an award-winning comedian who has toured her solo shows around Australia and in the UK. She once played the cello at Natalie Portman’s birthday.
