With a profound commitment to human-centred design, Angela focuses on helping businesses and organisations develop the products, tools, competencies and cultures they need to transform customer and stakeholder experience. She is a master’s level designer with expertise in strategic innovation, strategy and planning, service design, portfolio management, building organisational capability, and customer research. As a design leader she is skilled in facilitating collaboration in business and cross-disciplinary environments and developing excellence in communities of design practice. She has 20 years’ experience pushing the boundaries of design in business and organisational contexts by working in and with corporates, government, and non-profits, most recently within the disability and healthcare sectors, to build strong teams and innovative outcomes.
