Ben has been working in the Australian esports industry for over a decade, and is currently the Head of Product for ESL FACEIT Group in Australia, working on events such as the Intel Extreme Masters, the Melbourne Esports Open and most recently as lead producer for DreamHack Melbourne.

He was a part of the original team to bring the inaugural IEM Sydney to Australia in 2017, and has worked on a large number of international esports events in a number of roles, including as broadcast talent, in partner management, and as event manager.
