Calab Sawade is a Principal in Deloitte's Climate & Engineering team and leads Optimal Reality product development. Optimal Reality is Deloitte's Digital Twin and simulation platform where Caleb is the Technical Authority and lead for that product. Caleb has overseen the growth of Optimal Reality from idea through to productionised platform with a focus on solving some of the worlds wicked optimisation and prediction problems. With a background in robotics and cognitive neuroscience, Caleb has focused his career on optimal decision-making. Having developed technologies for TeamGb and UKSport and led the Modelling and Decision-sciences group at McLaren, Caleb is passionate about bringing high performance, real-time decision-making to new industries who face challenges due to high complexity across their networks.
