At ANZ, Carina leads the Technology Workforce Tribe, a global team of cross-functional squads to deliver and build a highly capable, adaptive, and diverse workforce. Her Tribe leads the ANZ Technology learning strategy, the development of Talent Pipelines including global Early Talent (grads, interns, trainees), Talent Mobility, and, the design and execution of ANZ's Tech workforce strategy covering 10,000 people. Her goal is to attract, retain and grow a great technical team that's diverse and a 21st-century fit.

Carina is a passionate diversity and inclusion advocate, she’s been recognised globally for her work across various initiatives focused on leveraging untapped talent – the award-winning Return to Work program (the first of its kind in the banking sector) and the highly successful Spectrum program for autistic individuals. She’s obsessed with growing high-performing teams, driven by purpose and impact, and unlocking the potential of people and ideas.
