Cate Hefele is the Executive Director for Kayo Sports, the largest sports streaming business in Australia. In this role she leads Kayo’s long term growth strategy, brand and go to market activity, content and programming. Cate was previously the Chief of Staff to the CEO at the Foxtel Group, where she led strategic and special projects across the Group. Prior to joining the Foxtel Group, Cate spent the last decade in global sports, media and strategy. She started her career at the National Football League, working across roles in marketing, partnerships and business development at the headquarters in New York before joining McKinsey & Company as a consultant and then manager in the telco and media practice. Cate graduated with Honours from the University of Notre Dame in the United States with degrees in Business (Marketing), and Journalism. She is from Portland, Oregon.
