A brand and marketing leader with significant industry experience in the travel, lifestyle and technology sectors, Healey has forged a unique and diverse career path. Beginning her career by successfully launching her own business at just 18 years old and saw her awarded Tasmania’s NW Entrepreneur of the Year. Healey has since spent almost a decade helping some of Australia’s leading businesses to build passionate audiences, connect with their customers and get creative about what a brand can be. As Head of Brand & Community at Luxury Escapes, she was instrumental in forming brand, marketing and activation strategies as well as high-level collaborations with brands such as Qantas and American Express, seeing her listed as a finalist in the prestigious B&T 30 under 30 awards. Currently leading brand for high-growth online beauty retailer, Adore Beauty including their new Private Label, overseeing everything from product creation, branding and community engagement. Never one to sit still, Chelsea's passion for non-profit work enables her to use her marketing skills as a force for good in her position as a board member for viral mental health charity OneWave.
