Chris is a former Australian Army officer who was privileged to lead Australia's finest troops on 14 operational deployments.

In 2016, Chris co-founded Sonder; providing global access to on-demand and personalised safety, medical and mental health support. Sonder helps organisations create a culture of Active Care where their people are empowered to take control of their wellbeing and safety. Sonder won the 2019 Telstra NSW & Australian Business of the Year and the AFR's most innovative technology company in 2021. More recently, Chris led Sonder's expansion to the United Kingdom to help make Sonder's global vision a reality.

Chris is a keynote speaker focused on high-performance leadership and has spoken for Telstra, Deloitte Tech Fast 50, PwC, Antler, Entrepreneur's Organisation and others. He is also an ambassador for the Sydney Swans AFL club where he supports the club's leadership, community and social initiatives.

Having recently stepped forward from his executive role at Sonder, Chris is pursuing his passion for solving urgent, meaningful and complex problems, globally.
