Currently splitting her time between Singapore and Sydney, Cindy works for Live Nation and UMG's joint venture label - Fabled Records as the Managing Director and Partner while completing her Juris Doctor degree at the University of Sydney. Cindy is Chinese and was raised in China and the United States. After graduating from New York University with a bachelor's degree in music business, she went on to hold executive and managerial positions at Warner Music Group and Universal Music Group with a focus on electronic music during the past 7 years. Over the course of her studies and career, she has lived in six different countries and traveled extensively across Asia, where she gained a comprehensive understanding of the culture and music markets in that region. She's particularly interested in the copyright area as it pertains to the creative process and distribution of music in Asia, and she strives to facilitate the process.
