Clinton Parr is a People & Culture Consultant who works with creative companies, media agencies, tech start-ups and not-for-profits, including the likes of Playstation, Special Group, and Sydney Youth Orchestra.

In addition to being an unashamedly voracious "people & culture nerd", Clinton is an HBDI Certified Practitioner who uses the science-backed Whole Brain Thinking model to teach individuals, teams and organisations how to identify, understand and utilise thinking preferences to increase personal and team effectiveness. He has also completed neuroscience-backed training with the Flow Research Collective into helping individuals and groups access "flow states" (the scientific term for getting into the zone) to improve productivity, creativity, innovation and wellbeing.
