Dan is the Co-Founder & Head of School at Earlywork, building APAC's first tech bootcamp with a job guarantee, starting with tech sales: Earlywork Academy. Alongside this, he runs Earlywork Village, the #1 free tech careers community for early-career folks in APAC with 5000+ members.

Backed by Square Peg Capital and Archangel Ventures, Earlywork won Startup Daily's Best New Idea in 2023 and has been selected as a finalist at the Finder Innovation Awards.

Beyond running Earlywork, Dan is a founding investor at Ultraviolet Ventures, Explorer at AirTree Ventures, and Scout at TEN13.

He was named one of LinkedIn's Top Voices in Technology and has twice been listed on The Australian's Top 100 Innovators.

Prior to Earlywork, Dan built up an interdisciplinary skillset across tech & startups, with stints in product management at Atlassian, operations at Ofload, project management at Amazon, sales at Uber Eats, UX design at Deloitte Digital and marketing at IBM.
