David is the Chief Digital Officer for Revenue NSW, the department responsible for 35% of NSW finances – approx. 40 billion dollars.

He is an experienced and energetic leader with a track record of delivering strong results, building lasting capabilities, and delivering excellence through a dedicated focus on people and culture. His belief is that in order to create differentiation, diversity in people and thought is critical to long-term success and he has sought to create this in the roles he’s had in his career.

His motivation for work is the enjoyment he gets out of large-scale change programs, developing people and in the process getting curious and creative in how problems are solved.
