Fay leads the Industry X business for the Growth Markets at Accenture. Industry X supports the Manufacturing, Production and Engineering realms to improve and rethink their products, assets and operations.
 
Previously as the CIO at both Suncor Energy and Rio Tinto, Fay transformed the information management and technology functions into a key enablers of improved business outcomes and strategic growth. She drives improvement through digital, technological and organisational change, scaling and maturing the technology organisation and implementing disciplined digital thought leadership across the global footprint of these complex, asset-intensive enterprises.
