Garry Williams has extensive experience navigating Australia’s technology, creative & social impact ecosystem, having worked on innovation projects for scaleups & startups, global agencies, government, councils, universities, cultural institutions and creative project houses. He still wonders why his parents gave him his name, but a name it is regardless...

He is the Director of Engagement at Tractor Ventures, who provide funding to a number of growing technology companies across multiple industries. A number of revenue-generating companies who choose how, and at what pace, they grow.

He leads a number of content & engagement initiatives including events, podcasts and other forms of written media, and likes to angel invest in tech companies that play a role in shaping culture in various forms. And he is constantly confused why the creative and technology industries don't mix more.
