Hannon is the Founder & CEO of AirRobe, Australia’s tech darling revolutionising the circular economy. She is an authority in circular economies, the future of sustainable fashion consumer technology in the retail industry.

Hannon launched AirRobe in 2020 to address the global waste problem. With the circular fashion industry alone valued at $5.3 trillion dollars, she envisaged the opportunity to help shift the world from linear to circular. A few years later, the company boasts over $3B in accessible GMV and has helped recirculate over 1 million kilos of clothing.

Hannon has become a catalyst for this much needed change within the fashion industry, reframing how we think about circularity and adapting consumer behaviour on mass. Her vision is to reshape a world where consumption and the environment can thrive in unison through technology.

Hannon has worked across startups and corporate across her career, from advising on $1billion+ M&A transactions to launching a world-first music royalty marketplace. She supports female and minority founders through 1-on-1 mentorship and facilitated programs like Startmate and Austrade’s SF Landing Pad.
