Jaddan is the Founding CEO of UNIFIED Music Group, a globally renowned multi-service music company. From its suburban Melbourne bedroom beginnings as Boomtown Records to its stake as one of Australia’s largest independent music companies, UNIFIED now offers a full suite of artist and music services across the globe. In 2021, the company is proud to have celebrated its official 10-year anniversary as Jaddan moves towards a milestone 20 years in the music business in 2022.

Over the past 20 years, Jaddan has grown UNIFIED as the sole owner and CEO to over $20m in revenue with continued year on year growth. In 2016, Jaddan made his first investment outside of UNIFIED which led to the formation of UNIFIED Investments, which focusses on “investing in companies solving problems for the music industry”. This desire to invest in founders eventually led Jaddan to co-found Side Stage Ventures to create a vehicle to be able to further support founder.
