Jamil Hassan is a documentary and commercial filmmaker. He is fascinated by the abundance of our world and the power that altered states of consciousness have in deepening connections between all living things. His work is a continual exploration within this realm. Jamil is also the Executive Producer of Monster Children Films, a multi-media company dedicated to creating cultural entertainment.

Jamil has traveled the globe creating stories from the heart. And along the way he has helped to cultivate a network of world-class creatives, filmmakers, photographers, musicians, writers, artists, and post-production teams who have become like family to him and the good people of Monster Children.

Dedicated to collaborative creation with leading thinkers from around the world, Jamil sees environmental entertainment and the storytelling of human expression as foundations to creating global harmony.

Jamil and his family are also the caretakers of over 100 acres of beautiful rainforest and bush lands on the North Coast of New South Wales.
