Janna is a strategy and innovation practitioner with over 30 years of experience across a broad range of industry verticals and global geographies. She has worked with Fortune 500’s through to start-ups in-house and via consulting roles. She is a passionate advocate for co-creation style innovation and is a seasoned Design Thinker.

Janna is currently Head of Innovation at AstraZeneca ANZ where she focuses on driving customer and patient centricity to improve both experiences and outcomes. Her ambition is to facilitate greater open innovation to co-create new opportunities, especially within the digital health space.

One of her proudest achievements, however, was having a product she developed while at Bristol-Myers Squibb make it onto Oprah’s famous annual ‘My Favorite Things’ list!

Following an early career in pediatric dentistry, she then entered the world of Marketing and holds a Bachelor of Business Degree from the University of Technology.
