Jess is a writer and audio producer working on Gadigal land. Her podcast work blends narrative storytelling with immersive sound design, and includes Rose D'Or award winning 'Pillow Talk' (Easy Tiger/Audible), the independent musical fiction 'Slaughterhouse Road', and the recently launched queer romance fiction 'Flirties' (Audiocraft). Her podcasting highlights include visiting backyard cryogenics sheds and diving with sharks for the ABC, building AI podcast hosts and training mechanical organs for the Festival of Dangerous Ideas (The Ethics Centre), and converting Greenpeace's climate research into 'Heaps Better' - an entertaining behavioural change podcast - during 2020's lockdown.
