Josh Slabb is a Gudjinburra Cultural Conservationist.

Josh Slabb is a Gudjinburra Cultural Conservationist, based on Bundjalung Country. He spent his early childhood on the beach at Fingal fishing with his Elders. His family founded not-for-profit community surfing organisation Juraki Surf and Culture to revive the history and celebrate ‘Juraki’ a forgotten hero of surf lifesaving history. Josh spends his time sharing cultural framework and systems knowledge. He has worked in marine conservation and park management.
