About

Kylie is a highly regarded social enterprise leader, advocate, and changemaker. As the CEO of Social Enterprise Council of NSW & ACT (SECNA), she is responsible for raising the profile of social enterprises and facilitating business for good in NSW and ACT.

Kylie’s experience spans government, corporate, start-ups, and the social impact sector. It includes:
- Running the award-winning social enterprise Green Connect for almost five years, which employs former refugees and youths in work that helps the community and the planet. Businesses run by Green Connect lead the way in growing fair good and diverting waste from landfill and includes one of the world’s largest urban permaculture farms as well as Zero Waste services.
- Supporting start-up and scale-up businesses and entrepreneurs as an Expert in Residence at iAccelerate.
- Being part of the international cohort of Commonwealth Innovation Ambassadors for ground-breaking work on sustainability.
- Founding the social impact consultancy Enough, which helps clients solve sustainability and circular economy challenges.
- Sitting as the Regional Expert Panel Member - Royalties for Rejuvenation at the Department of Regional NSW.
- Sitting as a Board member for the Waverton Hub, Our Community Project, SECNA, and Flame Tree Community Food Co-operative.
