Liz joined NSW DPI in 2020 as a project officer in the energy team of the Climate Branch, Agriculture where she is working on projects that aim to assist farmers to reduce their energy use, costs and emissions, and to improve their profitability and competitiveness. Prior to joining DPI, Liz worked for about 20 years in energy and resources, mostly in commercial and financial roles, and more recently managing projects that investigated ways to improve energy productivity and accelerate decarbonisation of the Australian economy, particularly in agriculture and manufacturing.
