Lucy Wark is the founder of NORMAL, an Australian sexual wellness brand dedicated to giving everyone the tools, information and confidence to explore sexuality on their own terms. NORMAL creates shame-free modern toys and essentials to fund the creation of free, inclusive digital sex education and high-quality social research. Its flagship video course, The Modern Guide to Sex, is currently used in over 40 countries, and Lucy has previously spoken about NORMAL's work at Vogue Codes, TedX Sydney and Sunrise Festival.

Having negotiated everything from B2B contracts and individual compensation to spinning off NORMAL from its venture-backed parent company, Lucy is also passionate about making critical 'soft skills' like negotiation accessible and easy to learn. Over 2023, she developed and launched two online cohort-based courses teaching negotiation for business operators, and will be scaling these further over the coming months.

Prior to founding NORMAL, Lucy studied social sciences and worked for the management consulting firm McKinsey & Company.
