Maiko Sentina is a Senior Legal Counsel in Canva’s Intellectual Property Legal team. Launched in 2013, Canva is an online visual communications and collaboration platform with a mission to empower everyone in the world to design. Maiko manages Canva’s trademarks portfolio and works on all things brand advice, protection and enforcement at Canva. Prior to joining Canva, Maiko was a Solicitor at Indigenous-owned law firm Terri Janke & Company and a Legal & Business Affairs Counsel at Australian animation studio Flying Bark Productions.
