Mike founded and was CEO of S&C, an award-winning product design company that was acquired by BCG and became BCG’s technology innovation practice, Digital Ventures.

Mike then led BCG Digital Ventures across Asia Pacific. As part of the global leadership team, MIke was also part of both scale-up and client delivery work in Europe and North America.

Mike left BCG to set up Faethm to help employers navigate the impact of automation, economic change and industry change on jobs. Faethm launched in 2017 and scaled rapidly, and was one of the first companies worldwide to be invited to join the World Economic Forum’s CEntre for the Fourth Industrial Revolution. It also won multiple awards including the UK Government’s Tech Rocketship Award for AI and the Australian Computer Society’s Gold Disruptor award.
