Michelle has been with Amazon Web Services for 6 ½ years. In her current role as Head of Strategy, Operations and Engagement for AWS in Australia and New Zealand (ANZ), she defines the overall business and organization strategy, leads business and sales operations functions, process improvement and program management teams to drive outcomes at scale for our customers.
