Molly is a people person who has a passion for technology and how it influences our everyday lives. She is currently the VP of People for RecordPoint, responsible for driving people strategy across culture, recruitment, onboarding, learning & development and everyday RecordPoint life. Molly is passionate about helping tech start-ups grow, scale, and maintain their culture and collaboration throughout the process.

Molly focuses on building capable, engaged, adaptive and diverse teams through the development of early career programs, skill mobility, and the implementation of data-driven recruitment practices. She regularly speaks on topics including diversity in business, women in tech, scaling culture, and emerging talent.
