Ngaire Crawford is Insights Director at Isentia responsible for all research across Australia and New Zealand. The research and insights division produces bespoke media, communications, reputation and audience research to a wide range of clients from blue chip corporates, government departments to small NGOs. She also leads global product development for PR and Communications across the Access Intelligence research teams. Ngaire has more than 15 years in the field of communications and media research with a particular focus on the role of representation and is a passionate advocate for communications and audience research and the impact it has on participation and identity.
