Nick Nicolaides is the co-founder and CEO of investing platform, Pearler. Seeing a future where generations of hard-working Australians may not be able to build wealth in a world of cheap credit and ever-growing choices for discretionary spending, he quit his job in corporate finance to build something that would help.

In two years Nick and a small team have built Pearler into a powerful independent voice in the Aussie finance landscape. The team itself identifies as 50% women and 50% men, with this reflected at both the senior management and junior levels. Also, Pearler is independent and is not owned or part-owned by any bank, financial institution, or BNPL company.
