Oliver is an Entrepreneur and Business leader having worked in the Financial Services, Communication, Retail and Public Sector with more than 20 years of international business experience, having built and led interdisciplinary teams in Europe, the Middle East and Asia. Prior to joining Red Hat, he was the practice manager of the IBM Cloud Garage, IBM's centre for high-impact client-centric innovation.

His broad experience of successfully executing large and complex projects and his business and technological leadership are highly sought after. He is inspiring, striving to bring out the best in everyone by sharing and developing skills and knowledge. Oliver fluently speaks English, German, Swiss and Bahasa Indonesia.
