Paul co-founded residential property development business, Hamton, in 2006 and in the last 17 years has completed or current development projects of $4 billion in Melbourne’s inner suburbs.

Paul is also the first Australian to climb the Seven Summits and complete the Polar Hat-Trick, including a 600km new route to the South Pole. He has completed a 1,000km expedition through unexplored Amazon with Matses tribesmen and a 400km crossing of the Sinai with Bedouin tribesmen. A number of these expeditions have been captured in documentaries for Discovery and National Geographic.

He has a number of other business and NFP interests, including as Founder of Nature Based Cities.

Paul received an Order of Australia Medal in the 2019 Queen’s Birthday Honours for service to exploration and to business.
