Rob Barbato serves as the Executive Creative Director of Squeak E. Clean Studios. A composer, producer and multi-instrumentalist, Barbato has toured and recorded as a sideman of the critically acclaimed singer-songwriter Cass McCombs, as well as being a member of the seminal UK post-punk band The Fall. Barbato has produced records for artists such as Kevin Morby, Vivian Girls and Bleached, and composed music for feature length films "Montana Story" (2021), "Pinball: The Man Who Saved The Game" (2022) to name a few. In 2021, he collaborated with Katie Crutchfield, aka Waxahatchee, on the music for the adaptation of Cece Bell's critically acclaimed graphic novel, "El Deafo" for Apple TV +. Barbato ‘s commercial portfolio also includes original compositions for Apple, Lexus, Nike, BMW, Squarespace, and Audi. He lives Austin, Texas with his wife, son, dog and three chickens.
