Rod Hamilton is a dad, husband and brother. He is a below-average mountain biker, an enthusiastic homebrewer, and he excels at driving his two kids to basketball games.

Rod is also a co-founder and board member at Culture Amp, where he led the creation of the world’s leading Employee Experience platform used by over 6,500 companies and millions of employees to improve their working lives. He gets excited by creating high-performance teams and products that solve pervasive problems and advises several early-stage startups striving to do this.

Having recently stepped out of his day-to-day Chief Product Officer role, Rod is now focusing his energy on all the things he believes will make him a better human.
