Rosanna is a business leader with 25 years’ experience working with some of the world’s leading brands. Her career includes 16 years internationally with Nike where she led and launched new business units including Nike Sportswear apparel (now a multi-billion-dollar business unit), and Levi’s where she was the Brand Director for Europe, Middle East and Africa, and the Global Brand Director for the Premium division. Rosanna has also held C-suite roles in Australia delivering exits for Private Equity-owned businesses like Sheridan and Jurlique. Rosanna is the Managing Partner and Co-Founder of strategy consultancy The Growth Activists, where she specialises in Growth, Brand, Innovation and ESG Transformation strategy. Rosanna is also a B Corp-trained B Consultant supporting businesses to attain certification. She is also the Chair of foster agency Stretch-A-Family and is a passionate children’s rights and conscious capitalism advocate.
