The Dean of The Awesome Foundation in Sydney, Theresa Winters has dedicated the past five years to enabling awesome, impactful projects get off the ground with monthly community microgrants.

An internationally-awarded community manager, she continuously creates connections between people from all walks of her life - be it at her role handling Alumni Programs at the University of Technology Sydney, or through her ever-growing network of intriguing humans she crosses paths with.

Via her publication The Plus Ones and sister company The Socialites, Theresa helps spread the word about - and creates - a diverse range of cultural experiences and social events. She shares knowledge as much as she does connections, teaching a variety of workshops - from creative hair braiding to Historical Linguistics. She runs a book club, hosts clothing swaps to promote sustainability, and appears regularly as a guest on radio and podcasts to encourage others to share her north star-focus of crafting a better world through sharing.
