Thor Sutherland is the founder of forward-thinking UK MGMT business WAYOUT Music. Home to Independent champion Songer, Bi-lingual rapper Yxng Dave who is signed to KSI's label TOT and rising producer duo Blueboy & dash who were responsible for creating the sound of Strandz. With a deep rooted passion for music within their community, the central focus of Way Out is to give talented & promising musicians a chance to develop into superstars without losing the vision of who they are as artists. In other words, helping independent talent find its way out of the all too convoluted and treacherous music business. This year WAYOUT has worked across Global tours, an official no 1 Hip-Hop album independently, and a jam-packed festival Calander to name a few.
