Timur Khabirov is an American entrepreneur, designer, and investor best known as the co-founder and CEO of Prequel, Inc., the company behind the Prequel mobile photo editing app. In 2006, he launched a B2B company developing and maintaining high-load intranet applications, one of its major clients being American Express. Timur later took interest in digital design, computer vision algorithms, photo editing, video, and 3D - co-founding AIAR Labs. Of several solutions in the works, Khabirov prioritized photo and video editing, which led to the Prequel app’s development that launched in 2018 using AI and computer vision technology. Timur Khabirov’s passion for astrophysics, neural network algorithms and all things creative have inspired his success in the mobile App industry.
