Tom is a Sr. Innovation Advisory Consultant, part of the APJ Innovation Programs delivery practice at Amazon Web Services (AWS). He helps AWS customers’ unleash their ability to innovate on behalf of their customers by leveraging Amazon’s innovation mechanisms and global best practices for developing new products and services to solve customer problems. Prior to joining AWS, Tom held roles at the likes of Salesforce and various product and UX agencies focusing on customer experience, product development and conversational ai. Tom is passionate about advocating for the end user and leveraging research and experimentation to create loveable products that drive real business value.
